Because of the unique location, we can say that our residents will enjoy the view of the millennium-old capital for quite a long time. Different climate that is created by the proximity of Mtatsminda slope is also noteworthy.

M: Parking is also a very problematic especially in the central areas of the city. How did Construction Investment solve this problem for particular project?

It’s impossible to imagine the house without a courtyard in Vera. When designing the complex, the main goal was to merge a modern complex with the historic district, so our courtyard is designed with the same principle, also well- developed surroundings and infrastructure will provide our youngest residents with interesting outdoor playground and entertainment equipment. Besides, the lobby is integrated with the courtyard, that allows parents to keep an eye on their little ones.
