Because of the unique location, we can say that our residents will enjoy the view of the millennium-old capital for quite a long time. Different climate that is created by the proximity of Mtatsminda slope is also noteworthy.

M: Parking is also a very problematic especially in the central areas of the city. How did Construction Investment solve this problem for particular project?

It’s impossible to imagine the house without a courtyard in Vera. When designing the complex, the main goal was to merge a modern complex with the historic district, so our courtyard is designed with the same principle, also well- developed surroundings and infrastructure will provide our youngest residents with interesting outdoor playground and entertainment equipment.
